The Future of EMS – Your views needed!

A survey into how practising vets actually feel about EMS.

COVID 19 has severely impacted on EMS provision for students. The purpose of this survey is to identify the future challenges in providing EMS and to evaluate some potential solutions to help improve provision and quality of EMS provision.

The future of the profession depends on ensuring we have well motivated, confident graduates who will be happy and effective in their role.  Several surveys have been undertaken to identify student needs, but this is the first really detailed survey on how practising vets actually feel about EMS.

Is the current system working well? How can EMS be further improved? Could a different system of delivery work better?

The results of the survey will be shared widely to help improve what constitutes over 20% of the clinical experience for our veterinary undergraduates.

As a thank you for taking part in this survey we are offering all participants the chance to enter a draw to win a delegate registration at SPVS/VMG Congress 2022.
