BEVA podcasts

SPVS is delighted to be collaborating with BEVA on a special podcast series exploring the realities of leadership within equine veterinary practice. The series will tackle the unique challenges faced by equine teams, from managing people and performance to navigating culture, communication and sustainable leadership in demanding clinical environments. SPVS looks forward to contributing to the discussions through Board member Vicky Jux, bringing practical insight, real-world experience and a leadership perspective grounded firmly in the day-to-day realities of veterinary practice.

Episode 1 – Finding your leadership network

Sophie Eaden and Vicky Jux are joined by guest, Hannah Perrin, for the first of our BEVAxSPVS podcasts to talk about the challenges of leadership and how having the right network can help. Hannah brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this topic and shares with us her S.P.A.C.E acronym for the people you need around you. The discussion then delves into why you need those people and where you can find them.
