SPVS Elevate – Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
Booking and payment
Places on SPVS Elevate are limited and will not be confirmed until we receive payment. SPVS commits to venue, catering, facilitators and other course costs based on the number of delegates booked.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change, but cancellations can have a significant financial impact and, at short notice, may prevent us from offering the place to another delegate. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your place.
The following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 8 weeks before the course: Full refund
- 8–4 weeks before the course: 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks before the course: No refund
Where possible, SPVS may agree to transfer your place to a future Elevate cohort, subject to SPVS approval and availability. If a cancelled place can be successfully filled by another delegate, SPVS may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund.
Multiple delegate bookings
Practices booking multiple delegates are asked to consider their staffing requirements and potential absences when committing to places on the same cohort. Cancellations of multiple places at short notice can have a particularly significant impact on the course and on SPVS’s ability to reallocate places.
