You must have an active membership with us in order to register for Congress 2026 member rates. Non-members must register as a SPVS Colleague to access Congress tickets at the non-member rate.
Information provided when adding delegate or social tickets can still be edited whilst the products are within your cart. Simply click on the product name and re-enter any fields that are incorrect.
Once your order has been purchased, you must contact us for any further amendments such as delegate name changes, dietary information or ticket cancellation.
Early bird SPVS member full passes are £395. Group member bundles are available from £1,095 for 3 full passes. (All prices are exc. VAT.) Early bird offer closes 31st October 2025.
Registration includes full access to both days of lectures and the exhibition hall – as well as all coffee break refreshments and buffet-style lunch.
You will receive confirmation of your registration by email and this will also be held in your account details. No physical tickets will be issued in advance for your congress passes or social tickets.
If you need to cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to Congress, you will receive a refund of the full amount less a £25.00 administration fee. We are unable to provide any refunds for cancellations received 30 days or less prior to the event.

For hotel bookings, please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policy and please note all cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
If you’re unable to attend for any reason, you can substitute another person by contacting us directly.
Debit/credit card payment will be taken at checkout through our electronic payment system.
