Following the success of the previous Big 6 Live debates at SPVS Congress, this year we will be turning our attention to the future shape of the veterinary workforce, and the necessary evolution of veterinary practice work. We will inevitably consider the current context, in which recruitment and retention of staff, and issues around burnout and training are a regular feature of the discourse. Our panel will consider the following three key areas whilst allowing plenty of time for any questions you may have.

- Are our practices ready and, if they’re not, what needs to change?
