Synopsis
Leadership in clinical practice is a constantly challenging role in an ever-changing environment. Clinical practice and leading a team is/are full of uncertainties which need to be navigated. Understanding your team and taking the time to get to know and understand them is critical to your team and also ensuring they see you as a fellow human being.
In this session we will discuss how to apply an evidence-based approach to leadership in veterinary practice and incorporate practical skills to your everyday working life.
