Synopis
Join Peter as he shares examples of ways quality improvement (QI) helps in successfully running a practice. He will share with you the wide-ranging tools available along with examples of clinical audits (anaesthetics, antibiotic usage, procedure audits). He will lead a discussion on barriers to implementing QI activities (time pressures, data processing capabilities etc) and provide advice on how to overcome these. Finally, he will demonstrate how harnessing the power of AI tools can help draw meaning from data and how these can help identify trends in your data and the power of sharing these findings with your teams and clients.
