Synopsis
In this practical and interactive session, Fiona will provide proven strategies for effectively leading your team through periods of change – be it a minor operational tweak or a major structural shift. Learning how to remain agile and recognise the variance of reactions and behaviours amongst your team will ensure you can lead situations and events with clear communication, whilst managing expectations within your practice. Joining Fiona will be SPVS President and farm vet Ami Sawran who will share her “dos and don’ts” for implementing change in practice – offering real-world advice to avoid common pitfalls.
