Synopsis
The ‘jigsaw practice’ model is increasingly becoming one of the most popular manifestations of workplace flexibility in UK veterinary practice. With input from practices that have embraced this approach, this panel discussion event provides a chance to hear first-hand how a jigsaw practice can operate, the benefits it has to offer, and what it takes to implement the model successfully.
