Synopsis
In this session, Farah will share her experience of utilising digital collaboration to provide clients with access to specialists within the familiar surroundings of the practice. She will explore how digital collaboration can optimise staff time, expand service offerings to create new revenue opportunities, and improve patient outcomes without adding in-house overheads.
