One of SPVS key aims is to help the next generation of veterinary professionals move forward in veterinary practice. However, it seems more and more skilled people are leaving practice due to a lack of a clearly identified career path.
Join Pete Orpin, SPVS Chair of the Board, and a panel representing both independent practices and larger veterinary groups, for a positive sharing of ideas as to how we can help articulate better career prospects to those in practice and prevent key talent from moving on.
