Synopsis
Leadership and management can be hard enough when your team are in the same office as you, so what are you supposed to do when you hardly see any of them because they’re out on the road all of the time? This interactive session will help leaders and managers recognise they’re not alone with the difficulties they’re having and find ways that they might be able to overcome them. Join Sophie to explore the three different phases of leadership to pinpoint some of the challenges that you might be facing in your practice. She’ll then share the skills and strategies you might need to develop or deploy to help you overcome them with a real emphasis on how these fit into ambulatory practice.
