Communicating price and value confidently in the post-CMA world
The CMA remedies are changing client communications, but visibility of information on its own doesn’t build client confidence in value. This session looks at the communication principles that turn price transparency into value that’s seen and understood, and avoids defensive or transactional communication. We’ll cover how to present prices and estimates so they build trust, how to talk about the CMA-driven changes without sounding defensive, and how to help the whole team talk about money with confidence. Using real client scenarios, delegates will leave with practical, simple tips and a roadmap to create consistent price communications across the practice.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to:
- Present transparent pricing in a way that reinforces value
- Manage uncertainty in estimates and cases where costs increase
- Explain CMA-driven communication changes while maintaining trust and avoiding defensive language
